Frequently asked questions
Can I book a brow wax without a hair appointment?
When you book online, eyebrow wax and eyebrow tint appear as add ons to a hair service, so the easiest way is to add them to a cut or color. If you only want brows, or you want henna brows, text the salon and the Guest Care Team will help you find a time.
What is the difference between a brow tint and henna brows?
Both add color. A standard brow tint deepens the color of the hairs themselves. Henna is a plant based dye that colors the hairs and can also lightly tint the skin underneath, which gives the look of a fuller shape. Your stylist can help you choose.
Should my brows match my new hair color?
They do not need to match exactly, but they should look like they belong together. Very dark brows can look heavy after going much lighter, and light brows can disappear after going darker. Your stylist can suggest whether a tint would balance your new color.
Will waxing irritate my skin?
Some redness right after a wax is common and usually settles quickly. If your skin is sensitive, or you use strong skin care such as retinoids on your face, tell your stylist before the wax begins so they can decide whether it is right for you that day.
How do I know when it is time to redo my brows?
You will notice stray hairs filling in around the shape, or the tint starting to look lighter. Many guests refresh their brows each time they come in for hair, which keeps things simple and means brows never need their own appointment.
