Questions from new guests
Do I need a consultation before my first appointment?
Every appointment starts with a consultation at the chair, so you do not need to book one separately for most services. For big color changes, color correction or extensions, we recommend a consultation first so your stylist can plan the right amount of time.
How do I choose a stylist?
Each stylist lists their specialties and price when you book online. If you would rather have help, text us a photo of your hair and what you want, and our Guest Care team will recommend a stylist who fits.
What should I bring?
Inspiration photos are always welcome, along with photos of your hair when you loved it. Bring a book or your laptop if you like, and come ready to relax. Snacks, drinks and cozy blankets are on us.
Where do I park?
We have our own parking lot at 1208 Carlton Ave. If you bike, lock up at our patio pavilion. The main entrance is beside the driveway.
