Shipping policy

Elevate Salon + Spa ships retail products within the United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping rates and times
- Standard shipping: $8 flat rate, 3 to 5 business days
- Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more
- Express shipping: $15 flat rate, 1 to 2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped.
Local pickup
Local pickup is free at the salon, 1208 Carlton Ave, Charlottesville, VA 22902. Choose Local Pickup at checkout. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, and you can collect yours at the front desk during salon hours.
International shipping
We do not currently ship outside the United States.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and replace your order where applicable.
