The best way to reach us
Text is our favorite, since blow dryers can be loud. You can also email or call. Our communication hours are Tuesday through Saturday.
Confirming your appointment
You will receive a confirmation email when you book and a reminder by email and text two days before your visit. Please reply to confirm, by text, email or phone.
Cancellations
Please give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled with less notice may be charged 50%, and missed appointments or cancellations within an hour are charged in full. See our refund and cancellation policy.
Guests and children
We work with chemicals and sharp tools, so we ask that you limit guests to those receiving a service.
Send us a message
Questions about a service, a teaching haircut or your hair? Send a note and we will get back to you. For the fastest way to an appointment, book online.
