Is a head spa different from the shampoo I get before a haircut?
Yes. The shampoo before a cut or color is a quick step on the way to something else. The Head Spa Experience is its own treatment built around your scalp, from analysis and detox cleanse through steam, the waterfall rinse, massage, oil and mask. No cutting or coloring happens during it.
Who is a head spa a good fit for?
It fits if your scalp feels dry, itchy or coated with product buildup, or if you are carrying a lot of stress and tension. It also works as a simple reset for healthier scalp and hair. Bring up any scalp concern during your consultation.
Will my hair be styled when I leave?
Hair is finished with an air dry by default, since the oil and mask are part of the treatment. If you have plans afterward and want to leave polished, choose the blow dry finish when you book online or mention it at check in.
Can I add a mini facial to my head spa?
Yes. A mini facial can be added to the Head Spa Experience so your scalp and skin are cared for in the same visit. It is made with vegan ingredients chosen to avoid most skin allergens, which makes it a gentle pairing for sensitive skin.
What should I wear, and where do I park?
Wear something comfortable with an easy neckline, since the massage includes your neck. Elevate has a dedicated parking lot on site, plus bike parking at the patio pavilion. If you are running behind, text the salon; it is the easiest way to reach the team.
