Frequently asked questions
Should I book all over color or a root touch up?
Look at your ends. If they have faded, turned brassy or no longer match your roots, all over color brings everything back to one shade. If your lengths still look rich and only the regrowth has changed, a root touch up is the lighter maintenance option.
Can all over color make my hair lighter?
This service is designed to go darker, blend gray or subtly shift tone, not to go noticeably lighter. For brightness, look at the Go Lighter services such as partial or full dimension, and your stylist can help you choose at the consultation.
What does adding lowlights and gloss do?
Lowlights place deeper tones through the hair so the finished color has richness and contrast instead of looking like one solid block. The gloss adds shine and refines tone. Together they suit guests who want to go darker but still see dimension.
Does all over color cover gray?
It blends gray across your whole head as part of deepening or evening out your shade. How fully it hides gray depends on how much you have and where it sits, which your stylist checks at the consultation and explains before any color goes on.
Is my hair too long or thick for this service?
Not at all. When you book, you choose your hair type so your stylist has the right amount of time. Extra product may be added if your hair needs more than the standard allotment, and that is always discussed with you first.
