Pre-Visit
Appointment Notifications
Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email—and 48 hours prior to your arrival, you’ll receive a reminder via email and text. A quick reply confirms your spot

Appointment Confirmation
To ensure your visit is seamless, we ask for a confirmation 24-48 hours ahead of your appointment. You can respond via email, text or phone—just use whichever method is easiest

​Communication
Questions? We love questions. Our preferred method is text (since blow-dryers tend to be loud!). You’re also welcome to email or call. Our communication hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 8 :30 a.m.–7 p.m.


Our Location
We’re nestled in the heart of Belmont (Charlottesville, VA), tucked behind Cactus & Red Lantern—and just a short stroll from The Local, Tavola, and Belle Café.

Our Home: a beautifully restored 1924 Craftsman-style house, thoughtfully renovated while preserving original character. When you visit, we’d love to give you a little tour.
Parking
Pull right into our dedicated parking lot. Prefer to bike? Lock your bike at our patio pavilion—and feel welcome to enjoy the patio before or after your appointment (some guests even enjoy it during their service!).


Front Entrance
Our main entrance is beside the driveway. (Fun fact: it used to be a window!) There’s also a boutique-space entrance downstairs, but most guests use the main level.
Check In
When you arrive, our Guest Care Team will warmly welcome you at the front desk—or you can use our iPad for self check-in.
Help yourself to a snack or drink, and feel free to browse our product wall—featuring our Signature Elevate line along with Redken, Olaplex and K18. If the weather’s nice, the patio is open too.


Amenities
Comfort is part of our signature experience. While we work our magic, you’re invited to relax under a cozy blanket, grab a latte or sparkling water, and take a breather. Your comfort (and enjoyment) matters.

Consultation
Your experience begins with a one-on-one consultation: we review your inspiration photos, explore your lifestyle and maintenance preferences, review pricing clearly, and get to know you. Together we’ll map your ideal maintenance schedule and home-care routine tailored for your hair.
Service
This time is all about you. You can choose to chat, bring a book, or plug in your laptop—whatever makes you feel best.
Checkout
When your service is complete, our Guest Care Team will walk you through your checkout, assist with any product or home-care questions, and help you pre-book your next visit if it makes sense.
