Policies

We are  happy to be open and we are thankful for all of you! We care about keeping everyone safe and healthy. Thank you for taking the time to look at our guidelines below.

Masks are now optional. If you have any requests such as having your provider wear a mask, please let us know in advance so that we can accommodate you.

Communication

Have any questions? We love questions, send them our way! Our main form of communication is text. It's the absolute best way to get a hold of us, especially when blow dryers are running. You can also email us or call by phone. Our hours of communication are typically 8-3 Tuesday-Saturday.

Confirmation

We require confirmation 24-48 hours in advance. Please confirm by email, phone or text  to keep your appointment. We really appreciate your consideration. 

Credit Card

We require a credit card on file when booking all hair color services & specialty services. We also ask for a card on file for any guests that have a no show or late cancel. This policy helps us to reduce no show appointments. Thank you for understanding!

Cancellation

If you need to cancel for any reason, please give us 24 hours notice. We really appreciate it so that we can fill that spot. Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours may be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Guests that do not show up to their appointments or cancel within an hour of the appointment will be charged for the full service. Thank you letting us know in advance when something comes up!

Late Arrival

We understand that things come up and we will try to accommodate you as best as possible. If arriving more than 15 minutes past your appointment time we may need to shorten, change or reschedule your service so that a late arrival does not affect other client appointments. 

Modification

We love happy guests! If you need a modification on a service, please give us a call within 7 days of your service to schedule a modification appointment. For color modifications, we do ask for photos or an in person consultation in order to schedule appropriately.

Vish Color Scale

Our salon weighs all color to eliminate waste and customize your color experience. Any extra color needed above our standard allotment will be added to your color appointment. This can vary by hair thickness, density, hair goals, time between appointments, and previous color history.

Environmental Rate

This is our service, technology, and recycling program to increase our environmental stewardship, that is applied to all transactions.

Thick or Long Hair

Extra long or thick hair needs lots of love, products, and may need extra time! If you have very long or thick hair (or both) please let us know so we can add time and an extra time charge to your appointment. 

Additional Guests

We ask you to please limit guests to those receiving a salon service. We work with chemicals and sharp implements, so this allows us the space to work with our scheduled guests safely and comfortably.

Dog Allergies

We have our salon dog Hippo at the salon Thursday-Sunday. Do you have any dog allergies?  Please let us know before you arrive so that we can accommodate you.
