We require appointment confirmation 24-48 hours before your appointment. It's super easy to do by email, text, or phone. Give us a shout out in any way that is best for you!
Have any questions? We love questions, send them our way! Our main form of communication is text. It's the absolute best way to get a hold of us, especially when blow dryers are running. You can also email us or call by phone. Our hours of communication are typically 8-3 Tuesday-Saturday.
We are located in the heart of Belmont in Charlottesville, VA. We are on a little side street right behind Cactus & Red Lantern. We are also a short walk from the Local, Tavola, and Belle Cafe.
We are located in the CUTEST 1924 house. Wow, our space is almost 100! We've done a lot of renovations, but you can still see a lot of the craftsman style features. When you arrive, we'd love to take you on a tour and show you around.
We have a huge parking lot just for the salon! Pull right in and park. If you prefer biking, you can lock your bicycle over at the patio pavilion. Feel free to enjoy the patio before and after your appointment. Some guests even enjoy it during their appointment while they process!
Our front entrance is on the side of the building closest to the driveway. Did you know it used to be a window before we renovated the space? We also have a basement entrance for our boutique salon space downstairs, but most guests will use our MAIN level entrance.
When you arrive, our Guest Care Team will check you in at our front desk. You can also use our Ipad to self check in. Enjoy a drink and snack and browse our Signature Elevate products, along with selections from Redken, Olapex, and K18. If it's a beautiful day, enjoy our new patio out back.
We want you to be absolutely comfortable and taken care of. Please enjoy a snack, drink, and cozy blanket while we do our magic. Relax, we got this!

Your appointment will start with a consultation. We'll look at your inspiration photos, find out about your lifestyle, maintenance preferences, review pricing, and get to know you! We want to create solutions that are perfect for you and your lifestyle. We'll also talk about your best maintenance schedule and homecare recommendations.
During your service, enjoy your time any way you like. Bring a laptop, book, or we can spend the time chatting. This time is about you!
After your appointment, our Guest Care Team will check you out, assist your with any product needs, and help you prebook your next appointment if you wish!
